A message from a resident of the community: Hi Dorothy, I am really frustrated with the common areas in Kottinger (the pool & tennis court areas especially), but also the open space areas on Benedict Court, and both fire roads. People seem to think it is ok to allow their dogs to poop and then just leave it there!!! I know that it is in the dirt, but I still think it is unsightly, and unsanitary. And believe me... it is not "outsiders" only that are not cleaning up after their dogs. I have witnessed a couple of Kottinger residents not cleaning up after their dog (and witnessed it happen more than once). We should clean up after our pets- regardless of where they happen to go.
