There are no active listings and only one pending sale. Four sales closed in the past six months, the same number that closed in the prior six month period. The only pending sale is on Locke Court and is a short sale. It has been listed for 65 days at $1,197,000, which is $360 per square foot. The average sale price of the four closed sales was $1,470,750 or $341 per square foot, which was 95% of the asking price.
