Hundreds of young Pleasanton soccer players are set to walk through downtown while hundreds more of their family and friends line the streets in support during the 47th annual youth soccer kick-off parade Saturday morning.

Scheduled to get underway at 7:30 a.m., the late-summer tradition marks the opening day of games among the Ballistic United Soccer Club for boys and the Pleasanton RAGE for girls. 

The parade route begins on Main Street, turns onto West Angela Street
